How To Order

All of our products are made to order.

Make sure you have chosen the correct width, length and thickness of board.

Then just add your square meters under quantity and hit add to basket.

If you have any questions or would like to speak to someone please don't hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

We aim to have your product made, cut and UV oiled within two weeks. We will keep you up to date on every process completed.

Once the product is complete we arrange a next day delivery service to main land UK.

Samples

If you are looking to get a sample of any of the colours you like please select 'Order a Sample' button under the product name or hit the Samples button in the header menu.

Please note due to size of the sample it must not be taken as a true representation of the complete floor.

Brushed and UV oiled engineered hardwood floors are beautiful and relatively low-maintenance, but they do require some specific care to keep them looking their best. Here's a breakdown of how to maintain them:

Regular Cleaning:

Daily Sweeping/Vacuuming: Use a microfiber mop or soft-bristled broom to remove dust and debris daily. You can also use a vacuum cleaner with a hard-floor attachment on the suction setting.

Weekly Damp Mopping: Once a week, do a light damp mop. Use a solution of lukewarm water and a pH-balanced wood floor cleaner recommended by the manufacturer of your flooring. Crucially, avoid soaking the floor. Wring out the mop thoroughly so it's barely damp and clean in sections, mopping up any excess water as you go.

General Care:

Doormats: Place abrasive doormats at all entrances to trap dirt and debris before it gets tracked onto the floor.

Furniture Protection: Use felt pads on furniture legs to prevent scratches. Lift furniture when moving it to avoid dragging.

Spills and Stains: Wipe up spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the oiled finish.

Sunlight: Excessive sunlight can fade hardwood floors. Consider using UV-protectant window treatments if your floors get a lot of direct sunlight.

Refreshments and Deep Cleaning:

Refreshing the Finish: Over time, with wear and tear, the oil finish may need refreshing. Apply a thin layer with a cloth or pad according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Deep Cleaning: For tougher dirt or grime buildup, consult your flooring manufacturer's recommendations for a suitable deep cleaning product. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Something more bespoke?

We offer a great range of widths as standard. However if you require a fully bespoke size don't hesitate to enquire. All of our standard planks come in random lengths where a minimum 80are between 1.7 and 2.45m long. The balance can be shorter from 0.5m. We can produce planks up to 4.5m long so if you are looking for super long boards do ask.
